Dong Ding Oolong

This artisan oolong has a sweet floral aroma and a smooth delicate, slightly vegetal taste.   “Dong Ding” is a mountain in Taiwan and roughly translates to “frozen peak”.   This lower-elevation tea is made “old-style”: the whole leaves are hand-plucked and hand-rolled. (Yields approximately 28 - 32 cups per 2 ounce.)
