Ginger Root

Raw, unsweetened ginger root makes an invigorating, slightly spicy cuppa.  Combine with other teas or herbs for a spicy kick.  Also, great iced!  (Yields 20-22 cups per 2 oz.)

1 rounded tsp. / 8 oz. water at 212° F for 4-6 minutes
