Tender young leaves and golden downy tips are plucked in the spring and rolled by hand into tight coil shapes.  This is a highly-regarded artisan tea at a great price. When infused, this tea produces the scent of warm spices with flavor notes of cocoa and pecan.  (Yields 16 cups per 2 ounces.)


Steeping Instructions

1 rounded tsp. / 8 oz. water at 205° F for 4-5 minutes
