Mr. Wang's Hu Hong

This black tea steeps to a warm red-orange color giving the tea its name, “Hu Hong” (Bright Red). The dry leaf is floral-sweet; the steeped leaf has notes of cinnamon chocolate and the aroma is similar to graham crackers – starchy, spicy, baked. Upon cooling, it has notes of cacao nibs, molasses, add fruitiness. With a smooth and silky mouthfeel this is definitely a daily drinker. (Yield: approx. 28 servings per 2 oz.)
