Lapsang Souchong Imperial has a complex, sweet, caramelized character, with hints of chocolate on the finish, and only a slight smokiness. While other Lapsang teas frequently have a heavy smokiness, this lighter variety, more authentic to the Chinese original, makes a more relaxing, enjoyable cup.
