Peppermint makes a cool and refreshing tea. It is flavorful, aromatic and naturally caffeine free. Mix with Gunpowder Green tea to experience a Moroccan favorite. (see Quick "Morrocan" Tea recipe)
(Yield: approx. 26 servings (hot) per 2 oz.)
Ingredients: Dried peppermint leaves
Hot: 2 tsps / 8 oz. water at 200° F for 2-3 minutes
Iced: 1 heaping Tbsp. / 8 oz. water at 200° F for 2-3 minutes. Pour over ice.
Quick "Moroccan" Tea:
½ tsp. peppermint herbal tea
1 ½ tsp. Gunpowder Green tea
2 cups of water
Brew at 175° F for 2-3 minutes.
